We have worked with First Class Plumbing since they started in business and  because of their workmanship
and knowledge we would use them always and continue to recommend them for all plumbing work. We
have on several occasions worked with other plumbers at a customers request  but the workmanship was
inferior. Paul and Jason will always’s do it right and at a fair price.

First Class is a great company to work with.  Sprinklerman has been working with First Class for many years and we have had a great working relationship.  They get things done the right way, the first time, which saves us a lot of headaches.  I have been so pleased with their work and work ethic, that I had First Class complete the plumbing and heating on my own house 2 years ago.

To whom it may concern;

I own an apartment building in Rochester Minnesota. We have used First Class Plumbing for almost ten years as our plumbing and heating contractor. They have more than exceeded our needs and expectations.

We have had our share of after-hours calls and we have always received very prompt service. We had our boiler go out on us in the winter on a week end and First Class Plumbing managed to limp our old boiler through the night and had a replacement boiler in the next day (Saturday). Their after hours service is one that we count on and they have handled water leaks, plugged drains, heat valves and a water heater that began leaking on a week end, all in a very timely manner.

Their service team is made up of experienced tradesmen that have always handled every situation in a professional manner including the interaction with our tenants.

First Class Plumbing has also helped us in the complete remodel of four of our apartments all having new kitchens and bathrooms.

As an owner that does not live in the Rochester area, First Class Plumbing has taken all the worries away from me in regards to my plumbing and heating needs 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
