Paul has been in the plumbing field since 1980. He started his career in Winona, MN before moving to Rochester and starting 1st Class Plumbing and Heating in 1994. Before he started 1st Class Plumbing and Heating Paul had worked at Total Plumbing in Rochester. Total Plumbing closed so Paul decided to start 1st Class. A big part of 1st Class Plumbing and Heating's initial success was attributed to the loyal customers that followed Paul. Thank you.

Jason has been with 1st Class Plumbing and Heating since 1995. Jason is now part owner of 1st Class and recently became a Master plumber. Jason is easy to get along with and has quite a clientele of customers that keep calling him back. Jason lives in Chatfield with his wife Tami and 5 kids. Ty has been with 1st Class for 8 years, does a terrific job, and enjoys meeting new customers. Ty is from Stewartville, MN. Ty and his wife Michon just had a little girl.. Luke is a great addition to 1st Class, he has been in the plumbing field for quite some time, Luke and his wife Amanda live in Chatfield and have one daughter. Office Manager
Connie has been working with the company since 1999. She is the office manager and is in charge of handle the service calls that come in, along with the general things that keep the business going. Phoebe has been the employee of the month for the last two years. You will usually see Phoebe driving around with Paul heading to a job. In Phoebes free time she usually enjoys playing ball, and more ball and when she done with that... playing ball again. She hardly ever tires of playing ball. Phoebe also loves to swim or sit in the sun, along as there are no bees around!. Phoebe is scared to death of thunderstorms & bumble bee's.

Wintertime can be a very challenging time when temperatures drop to a below zero levels. Dealing with frozen water pipes is one of the common and frustrating events in freezing temperatures. When the freezing air comes in contact with the pipes, the water inside freezes and expands. The frozen pipes can burst and cause possible flooding very quickly. If the pipes are thawed before expansion occurs, this can be avoided. Of course, there are steps to prepare for these temperatures to help prevent the water pipes from freezing in the first place. One of the most important steps to take is to know where the water shut-off valve is and how to operate it the case of frozen pipes or other emergencies.! .
